1st Consultation & Appointment: £65

For your 1st appointment, please complete the contact form with some info on why you are looking for treatment and any questions you may have and I'll get back to you. Let me know know if you are within 2 months of starting an IVF cycle, and if you have any complex health issues.
You can expect a response Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm. It might take up to 24 hours to respond on occasion.
For your 1st appointment you will need to complete some forms sent to you via email, along with a payment link for your deposit if not booked direct- check your junk folder as sometimes it goes there.
If you have any questions or concerns about treatment, acupuncture, needles, anything, please just reach out. Nothing is a daft question and if I can put your mind at ease all the better.

Follow-on Appointments — £55
Follow-on appointments are available to book online for current patients in regular treatment. If you've had a gap in treatment or are unsure whether this applies to you, feel free to check with me first. [Contact form]
How to book online: To book and manage your appointments, choose Log in then Manage my bookings.

Follow on Appointments: £55
Follow on appointments can only be booked online by current patients receiving regular treatment. Outside of this time, please contact me to check I have space available. Contact Form
You can book follow on appointments online, choose 'Log in' and then 'manage my bookings' so that you can book and manage your appointments online at your convenience.
New/Returning patients will need to request access (after your 1st appointment is booked) - just log into your old account or create a new one (if a new patient with a booked 1st appointment) and I will authorise the request.

Booking information
I want out time together to work well:
When you join as a patient, you're being allocated a weekly appointment slot. Consistency is important for effective treatment, so I ask that you attend weekly, though the occasional missed week is fine.
You book the times you want online at your convenience, it’s the treatment time that is allocated to you. I ask that you book your next 3 appointments upfront, and then book the following one after treatment, so you always have 3 appointments booked.
You're free to stop treatment at any time, no questions asked, just let me know. Deposits will be refunded for advance appointments cancelled (as long as I receive at least 48 hours notice).
A £20 deposit is required for all appointments, including your first consultation. This can be paid via the payment link sent to you and must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or at the time of booking online.
Cancellation policy:
• 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit
• If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, the appointment cannot go ahead and the deposit will be forfeited
Please do aim to arrive on time — even 5 minutes late can affect your treatment.
