To book your first appointment, please complete the contact form with some information about why you're seeking treatment and any questions you have. I'll get back to you Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm — occasionally it may take up to 24 hours.
Do mention if you are within two months of starting an IVF cycle, or if you have any complex health conditions, as this helps me ensure I’m asking you the right questions before your consultation.
Once booked, you'll receive some intake forms and a deposit payment link by email — worth checking your junk folder just in case.
If you have any questions or concerns - about treatment, acupuncture, needles, anything at all — please just reach out. Nothing is a daft question, and if I can put your mind at ease, all the better.
Follow On Appointment - £55
Follow-on appointments are available to book online for current patients in regular treatment. If you've had a gap in treatment and are unsure whether this applies to you or you find you can't book online, feel free to check with me first here: Contact Form

Booking Information

When you join as a patient, you're being allocated a weekly appointment slot. Consistency is important for effective treatment, so I ask that you attend weekly - though the occasional missed week is fine. If you have any concerns about committing to weekly sessions, just mention it when you get in touch and we can have an honest conversation about what's right for you."
You book the times you want online, at your convenience — the slot is allocated to you. I ask that you book your next three appointments when you first join, and then book one new appointment after each visit, so you always have three appointments ahead. This keeps your weekly slot secure and helps me manage a fair and effective diary.
You're free to stop treatment at any time, no questions asked, just let me know. Deposits will be refunded for advance appointments cancelled (as long as I receive at least 48 hours notice for the cancelled appointment).
A £20 deposit is required for all appointments, including your first consultation. This can be paid via the payment link sent to you and must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or at the time of booking online.
Cancellation policy:
• 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit
• If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, the appointment cannot go ahead and the deposit will be retained
Please do aim to arrive on time — even 5 minutes late can affect your treatment.
