Cancellation Policy
Please go onto the website kellykingacupuncture.co.uk - and look for either 'Log in' or 'Manage my bookings' and create an account with this email so that you can manage and book your future appointments at your convenience. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. If less notice is received or you no-show your appointment, this will result on the loss of your deposit or a £20 late fee being charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, unfortunately this means we will not have enough time to complete an appointment and the appointment will be classed as a late cancellation by you, resulting in the above fee. Please be on time, even 5 minutes late can cause issues with treatment.
