Fertility & women's health treatments are priced higher because this is a specialised area that involves work beyond the clinic room - interpreting test results, tracking your cycle between sessions, new plans are created each treatment depending on cycle, researching your specific situation between sessions, so I'm not just treating you generically and supporting you alongside and fertility clinic or IVF appointments you may have.

I want our time together to work well for you, the following guidelines help me run a safe, effective clinic and ensure every patient gets the care and time they deserve.
When you join as a patient, you're being allocated an appointment slot. Consistency is important for effective treatment, so I ask that you attend weekly - though the occasional missed week is fine. If you have any concerns about committing to weekly sessions, just mention it when you get in touch and we can have an honest conversation about what's right for you.
You book the times you want online, at your convenience — the slot is allocated to you. I ask that you book your next three appointments when you first join, and then book one new appointment after each visit, so you always have three appointments ahead. This keeps your regular slot secure and helps me manage a fair and effective diary.
You're free to stop treatment at any time, no questions asked, just let me know. Deposits will be refunded for advance appointments cancelled (as long as I receive at least 48 hours notice for the cancelled appointment).
50% deposit is required for initial consultations. A £20 deposit is required for all follow-on appointments.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because it is difficult to fill a clinical space at short notice, I have a cancellation policy, detailed below. This policy allows me to maintain a stable schedule and continue providing high-quality care to all my patients. I value your time and ask that you afford the same respect to the clinic’s schedule. Thank you for your understanding
Cancellation policy:
• 48 hours' notice minimum is required to reschedule or cancel
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit
• If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, the appointment cannot go ahead and the deposit will be forfeited
Please do aim to arrive on time — even 5 minutes late can affect your treatment.
