If I can accommodate your dates, we'll organise your appointments.
You will have 2 appointments, timed to your transfer. I'll take some medical and personal details from you via online forms, so you can come to the clinic and just have treatment on the day, with no stress.
The cost is £150 in total - that covers consult intake and 2 transfer appointments.
