Service Description
Book this appointment if you won't have somewhere private for a video call, or you'd prefer to come into clinic and speak face to face for your first appointment. This is a full first consultation, including a detailed medical history and your first acupuncture treatment. Please note these appointments run for 2 hours. Some people find this a lot to take in one sitting - if you think you'd be more comfortable with shorter appointments, you're welcome to book the online consultation and your first acupuncture session separately instead. Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with some forms to complete and submit online. Please have these done at least 4 days before your appointment, so I have time to properly prepare for our session together. As this appointment holds a 2 hour slot and involves preparation work on my part beforehand, full payment is required at the time of booking. You're welcome to cancel for a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will retain 50% of the appointment cost. All follow-on appointments require a £20 deposit, which is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation Policy
Please go onto the website kellykingacupuncture.co.uk - and look for either 'Log in' or 'Manage my bookings' and create an account with this email so that you can manage and book your future appointments at your convenience. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. If less notice is received or you no-show your appointment, this will result on the loss of your deposit or a £20 late fee being charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, unfortunately this means we will not have enough time to complete an appointment and the appointment will be classed as a late cancellation by you, resulting in the above fee. Please be on time, even 5 minutes late can cause issues with treatment.
