Service Description
Book this appointment to have your first consultation over video call where you can relax in your own surroundings with a cuppa, without an acupuncture treatment included. Suitable if you are under 45 and you're looking for help with fertility, PCOS (now named PMOS), endometriosis, or menstrual cycle issues. If you're unsure if this appointment type is suitable for you, please just email me. This is a full first consultation, where we will take a detailed medical history, a detailed look at your reproductive health and any test results you may have. This appointment does not include acupuncture treatment. Please allow up to 1.5 hours, though most consultations take around an hour. Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with some forms to complete and submit online. Please have these done at least 4 days before your appointment, so I have time to properly prepare for our session together. As this appointment involves preparation work on my part beforehand, 50% of the appointment cost is required at the time of booking. You're welcome to cancel for a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will retain 50% of the appointment cost. All follow-on appointments require a £20 deposit, which is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellation Policy
Please go onto the website kellykingacupuncture.co.uk - and look for either 'Log in' or 'Manage my bookings' and create an account with this email so that you can manage and book your future appointments at your convenience. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. If less notice is received or you no-show your appointment, this will result on the loss of your deposit or a £20 late fee being charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, unfortunately this means we will not have enough time to complete an appointment and the appointment will be classed as a late cancellation by you, resulting in the above fee. Please be on time, even 5 minutes late can cause issues with treatment.
