Fertility & Women's Health Follow on Acupuncture Treatment
Service Description
Book this appointment for your follow-on fertility & women's health treatments. Suitable if you are under 45 and you're looking for help with fertility,IVF, PCOS (now named PMOS), endometriosis, or menstrual cycle issues. Please note this appointment runs for 1 hour. All follow-on appointments require a £20 deposit, which is fully refundable if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice - otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Please go onto the website kellykingacupuncture.co.uk - and look for either 'Log in' or 'Manage my bookings' and create an account with this email so that you can manage and book your future appointments at your convenience. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. If less notice is received or you no-show your appointment, this will result in either the loss of your deposit or a £20 late fee being charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, unfortunately this means we will not have enough time to complete an appointment and the appointment will be classed as a late cancellation by you, resulting in the above fee. Please be on time, even 5 minutes late can cause issues with treatment.
